Responsibilities

                                               Co-Leaders and Leaders Ranking Requirements!
As Leaders and Co-Leaders of the Mist Yew. We need people who WANT this, Not people who don’t.

With that being said, Each Rank comes with new responsibilities as a member of our group. Now don’t worry, If you feel you
cannot handle them, Just take a step down! There’s nothing wrong with that. Our new rules are as followed :-

All Co-Leaders and Leaders are expected to follow these “To the T” so to speak. Keeping a position and failing to meet these requirements will result in demotion.

Taking on Co-Leader or Leader means you are responsible for this clan. Finniston, will not be actively recruiting for you.
Our recruitment thread recruits for the clans, however you should not rely on that as the only form of recruitment.

I wish you leaders the best of luck. You have the position because I feel you have earned it and can handle it.
If you cannot handle it, that is no problem! Step down!

 Leader Responsibilities are as followed:

Make sure all Co-Leaders follow their set responsibilities.
Address any issues in the clan in a professional, fair way to all members.
Welcome members professionally, and friendly, and remind them to read Rules & Requirements of the clan

Co-Leader/Elder  Responsibilities are as followed:

Actively recruit every day, Try to aim for 2-3 members per day. Once full, Recruiting will stop until there is space.
Address any issues in the clan in a professional, fair way to all members
Welcome members professionally, friendly, and remind them to read Rules & Requirements of the clan
Report to Mist Yew leader of any warnings issued, or incidents.
Demoting / Kicking(with Mist Yew Leader approval only) of any members who have been warned and have not changed, or have not met requirements.
